One White Street
Opt for a fine dining pre-fixe or a (slightly) less formal, but just as intimate, bar seat at this Michelin guide spot.

I’ve gone to One White Street twice in the dead of winter. Each time, I was served a warm pressed vegetable juice when seated, sourced from the Rigor Hill Farm upstate. This single gesture represents the kind of restaurant One White Street is. The service is thoughtful, attentitive, and warm, and they take great pride in their home-grown produce. A fine dining establishment through and through, they offer an excellent tasting menu, crisp open kitchens on each floor, and top notch service. But if you want the quality without the pomp and circumstance, opt for a bar or counter seat, which has a way of melting (some of) the stuffiness away. They serve up one of the best burgers in the city - two patties of high quality American Wagyu topped with onions and an addictive white cheddar sauce. It’s simple, classic, and endlessly craveable. Pair it with Crispy Potatoes and you have the perfect balance of a casual yet refined meal.
Who to Bring: One White Street is perfect for any formal dinner, especially a special date or dinner with parents. If opting for a bar seat, it’s great for a more casual (yet impressive) date, or an intimate catch up.
What to Wear: This is a place that takes itself seriously yet won’t judge if you go for a more casual look. I would keep it trendy and neat.
Reservations: Available 28 days out on Resy and relatively easy to book. Reserve popular times like 7PM or 7:30PM when reservations first open, but otherwise booking should be a breeze.
